Leyla holds a degree in Business Administration from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. She began her career in consulting at Ernst & Young, where she mainly worked in the financial and risk management sectors.
She then continued her professional journey at Bain & Company, one of the leading strategic consulting firms. At Bain, Leyla worked primarily in the AMS (Advanced Manufacturing and Services) practice, which focuses on optimizing operations and services in industrial and technology service companies. In this role, she contributed to projects focused on growth strategies, operational model optimization, and digital transformation, as well as initiatives related to market analysis, business planning, and performance management.

Subsequently, he joined Batmaid, a Swiss scale-up that digitalizes home cleaning services. Starting as a Business Development Manager for Ticino, he progressed to become the Country Manager for Italy. In this role, he personally oversaw various departments of the startup, liaising with key figures including institutional representatives and industry associations. In both experiences, he played a pivotal role in opening and developing new markets from scratch.
