Leyla Gargiulo

Leyla holds a degree in Business Administration from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. She began her career in consulting at Ernst & Young, where she mainly worked in the financial and risk management sectors. She then continued her professional journey at Bain & Company, one of the leading strategic consulting firms. At Bain, Leyla worked primarily in the AMS (Advanced Manufacturing and Services) practice, which focuses on optimizing operations and services in industrial and technology service companies. In this role, she contributed to projects focused on growth strategies, operational model optimization, and digital transformation, as well as initiatives related to market analysis, business planning, and performance management.
