Simone started his first event organization startup while still studying.
After obtaining his degree in Management & Governance from the University of Siena, he worked as a management consultant at Join Business Management Consulting before continuing his career in sales: first with Mars, the American multinational, and then with TechMass, a B2B SaaS scale-up where he joined as the third employee and stayed until the exit. Simone served as Business Development Manager for five years and contributed to TechMass's growth from €80k to €2 million in annual revenue. In December 2023, TechMass completed its exit and became part of the TeamSystem Group.
In 2024, Simone decided to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams again and is now the Co-Founder of Micury.
